How To Cancel Your All-Access Membership
If you decide that you need to cancel your subscription, you can easily manage this process directly from your account. Here’s how to do it step by step:
- Log In to Your Account:
- Start by logging into your account.
- Access Your Settings:
- Click on your avatar located in the page header.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
- Navigate to Billing Information:
- Once in settings, click on "Billing Info" which is located in the top right of the page.
- Cancel Your Subscription:
- Find the subscription you wish to cancel under the section that corresponds to your payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
- Simply click the "Cancel" button next to your subscription details.
- You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.
- Click on "Manage Subscription in PayPal."
- You will be redirected to PayPal, where you may need to log in.
- In PayPal, click on "Payments" in the top menu, then go to "Manage automatic payments" under the "Automatic payments" section.
- Find our merchant name in the left sidebar, then click on the "Cancel" button.
- Confirm your decision by clicking "Cancel Automatic Payments."
- End of Subscription:
- Your access to the subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You can view your canceled subscription and the end date of access in your Billing Information.
