The Church AI Roadmap Summit is a curated, virtual leadership event designed to help pastors understand how artificial intelligence is reshaping work, truth, and relationships, and how to respond with wisdom, clarity, and practical leadership. The summit combines thought leadership with real-world ministry applications so churches can move from uncertainty to readiness.

This summit is designed for pastors, senior leaders, ministry staff, and church operators who are already encountering AI-related questions in their congregations and leadership teams. It is especially relevant for leaders responsible for vision, teaching, care, communication, and operations.

Keynote speakers will ideally contribute two sessions:

• One thought leadership session focused on a single AI-related disruption (work, truth, or relationships)
• One practical application session that demonstrates a real AI tool, workflow, or ministry use case

Both sessions are non-hype, pastorally grounded, and designed to help church leaders lead well through change.

Yes. You may apply as a keynote speaker (which includes both sessions) or as a practical-use-only speaker if your strength is hands-on implementation and tool-based teaching. There is no investment to be a speaker in the tools-you-can-use track.

No. You do not need a formal technology title. You do need real, lived experience using AI thoughtfully in ministry, leadership, or church-adjacent contexts, and the ability to explain both opportunities and tensions clearly.

No. The summit maintains a clear separation between insight and promotion. Thought leadership sessions must be non-sales and future-focused. Practical sessions should demonstrate tools or platforms, and the emphasis should be on value, not marketing.

All sessions are pre-recorded and professionally produced by the AI for Church Leaders team. We handle recording logistics, editing, summit branding, and placement within the event experience.

Each approved keynote speaker invests $1,000. This contribution helps underwrite professional production, platform costs, and promotion to a highly targeted audience of church decision-makers. Participation is positioned as a thought leadership investment, not a sponsorship booth. But, as a keynote speaker, you are welcome to provide subtle promotion for your platform or organization during your practical use session. Lead with value first!

Speakers receive professional video production, summit branding, inclusion in a carefully curated event, and exposure to pastors and senior leaders navigating AI right now. More importantly, speakers are positioned as trusted voices shaping an essential leadership conversation. Keynote speakers will also receive done-for-you speaker graphics and promotional materials you can use with your own personal audience.

We are intentionally curating a small group of speakers to maintain clarity, depth, and credibility. Not all applicants will be accepted.

If your keynote application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link and full onboarding details, including recording timelines and next steps. If you are only applying for a practical use, you will receive full onboarding materials without a payment link.
